Two Guindon Locations Win 2025 Spire Award

Guindon Moving & Storage has won its ninth Spire Quality Award since 2019.

Its Negaunee location ranked in the top 5 in 2025 out of 370 Wheaton World Wide Moving and Bekins Van Line agents. The award recognizes the consistent delivery of exceptional interstate moving experiences, as measured by customer feedback and service quality metrics.

Guindon’s Escanaba location ranked in the top 10 in 2025.

Wheaton and Bekins recognize agents each year based on a combination of measuring customer feedback from people who used the company’s interstate moving services and quality indicators tracked throughout the moving process.

The Spire Award specifically focuses on the interstate experience, evaluating how well agents treat customers and maintain standards across state lines.

Guindon has won the prestigious award each year since 2019, and in 2023 both its Escanaba and Negaunee locations ranked in the top 5.

“Guindon Moving has won dozens of customer service awards over the last 30-plus years. This is a testament to our entire staff, the culture, and training methods at the company,” said Scott Jensen, company president and owner. “We are truly blessed to have the caring employees that we do, and that enables us to consistently provide a quality service to our customers.”

Agents who receive the top scores across the quality and customer experience categories receive a cash prize: $1,000 to the top five agents and $500 to the next five.

The 2025 Spire Award recipients will be recognized at the 2025 Van Line Summit & Awards Gala, February 17 to 19, in Dallas.
